Tracie is a 20-year veteran and business development expert in the spa industry and has always been passionate about retail. Whether helping her spa clients with product assortment, staff sales training, merchandising or analytics, she loves to help drive significant sales increases for her clients.
Tracie has worked primarily with resort and corporate spas since 2005 and has placed products into the most prestigious properties in the U.S. She also loves helping day spa and med spa owners improve their retail programs and realize greater profitability.
As a recent cancer survivor, she has learned there is no time like the present to pursue your goals. So she decided it was time to launch à la mode to achieve one of her professional goals of offering her clients a full-service retail rep group. She recognized an immediate need in the industry for fresh new products, energetic and dynamic merchandising, customized training to elevate staff expertise and successful overstock reduction programs.
An avid golfer, yogi and fitness enthusiast, she tries to find time in her busy schedule for daily physical activity and mindful meditative practice. On the road, she enjoys sneaking in a round of golf when the opportunity presents itself. One of her personal goals is to obtain her yoga teacher certificate from The Chopra Center and she recently added running to her list of physical activities. Tracie is a member of the Chicago BladeRunners and participated in her first 5K ever. She will admit she hadn’t run since 1984, so quite the accomplishment!
